The BIO International Convention is the largest expo in the United States for the biotech and life sciences industry. Key figures from the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries gather in San Diego for four days to present the latest trends and developments in the sector to thousands of visitors. Attendees gain new insights into various medical domains, business developments, and digital health during keynote speeches and interactive sessions.

BELGIAN PAVILION
The Flemish export agency Flanders Investment and Trade (FIT) organizes a Belgian pavilion at the BIO International Convention, where the Welcome Management team from POM Limburg can be found for four days. Also present at the pavilion are new Health Campus residents Rejuvenate Biomed and clinical research organization InnoSer. The ambition is to further develop the business ecosystem in life sciences on the Health Campus together with the BioVille incubator.

INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE
POM is bringing an international presence to the Health Campus from San Diego by establishing new contacts with major players to strengthen the ecosystem. Last year, the Welcome Management team successfully attracted pharmaceutical giant Amador Bioscience to Limburg, and now Rejuvenate Biomed, Anima Research Center, and Clinitude have also committed to coming. The ambition is to add several more prominent names to the list.
