Campus Diepenbeek is in flux. The master plan developed by POM Limburg in collaboration with various partners in recent years is taking on increasingly tangible form. This is not only good news for Limburg, as our province deserves a forward-looking campus, but also for the neighboring residents of the campus, the transition of the site is a positive story.

NEIGHBORHOOD NEWSPAPER
POM Limburg has produced a neighborhood newspaper that provides an overview of the future plans for Campus Diepenbeek, distributed to the mailboxes of neighboring residents. In the newspaper, they can learn more about the transformation into an experiential campus that the site will undergo. In addition to office spaces and study areas, Campus Diepenbeek will also offer opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Neighboring residents are welcome to cycle, walk, or engage in sports activities on the campus.

MEETING PLACE
To create a cozy meeting place for the neighborhood, the natural environment is being restored and made accessible. Roads are being replaced by cycle highways. Picnic areas and benches will be placed along the cycling and walking paths. Neighboring residents are also more than welcome in the campus buildings themselves. They will find restaurants, coffee bars, and possibly even a small neighborhood supermarket. This will make Campus Diepenbeek not only a site with international appeal but also a campus for everyone.
